Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Baetle purchase. If Baetle isn’t the right fit for your cooking setup, we offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Baetle must be:

Unused
In its original condition and packaging
Returned with all included accessories and components

You’ll also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Please do not send your return to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

For normal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your Baetle is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Contact us at HouseofBaetle@gmail.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale and promotional-price items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, are missing components, or are not returned in their original condition may also not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, the fastest option is to return your original purchase, if eligible, and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for PayPal or your financial institution to process and post the refund.

For eligible normal returns, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be limited, waived, or excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law. If applicable law provides you with greater rights than those described in this policy, those rights will apply.
